What does your heart desire the most and what would your next step be? When asking this question try to visualise yourself on a stage with different characters around you that can influence your mood and decisions, and see yourself as the most important one and who makes all the decisions in your life. See yourself as having the permission to orchestrate the next step that will lead you to a freer and happier place. When your eyes become distracted by circumstances and others around you, with compassion drag them back to you again, do this every time you notice a distraction. Practice this simple exercise and your mental energy will be optimised.
One cannot please two people at the same time, either you please yourself or others. Value your life experience so far and be open to new ones. Be kind to yourself during your very unique and precious life’s journey, and teach others to do the same.
