Humour is a (benevolent) weapon

Ridicularising situations, thoughts and emotions in the mind is a powerful weapon.

When I have a painful memory, image or thought, I imagine that I can crush it with my own power. It sounds a bit like the Marvel superheroes, but it works.

Before any intellectualisation, there needs to be you.

There is too much suffering in the world, and all stem from confusion in the mind. Why should we stir that pot and not find peace within? Comedy is a benevolent weapon, it does not create conflict and it is protective.

We should always feel free and embrace the notion that we can prioritise our well-being while discovering unique and creative ways of going about it.
