Alongside with being a clinical psychologist, I paint and draw. The discovery of these interests happened in 2016. Suddenly I felt the urge to express myself in artmaking, and also through composing music.  I’ve always found it helpful to doodle during my therapeutic work with ‘clients’, or to have art materials available, so children and adults could use them. I believe that we are all innately equipped with creative intelligence.

In my ‘artistic’ expression, I’m aware that I combine elements related to nature, the mind, and the core self. Each brushstroke happens spontaneously; I don’t plan any painting and resist to hold on to any expectations of how it might look like when it’s finished.
